Liability claims against mibag, whether these relate to material or immaterial losses, generated through the use or non-use of the information presented; or through the use of inaccurate and incomplete information, are in principle excluded, as long as mibag cannot be proven to have demonstrated intentional or gross negligence.

Where there exist direct or indirect references to external websites (hyperlinks), which lie outside mibag’s remit of responsibility, a liability obligation would only come into force where mibag was aware of the content and it was technically feasible and reasonable for it to prevent the use in the event of illegal content.

mibag hereby expressly states that, at the time of linking, no illegal content could be seen displayed on the sites being linked to. mibag has no influence whatsoever on the current and future design, the content or the authorship of the websites linked to. mibag therefore expressly distances itself herewith from all content of all linked/affiliated websites that have subsequently changed after the initial  link was established.

Where the possibility exists of entering personal or commercial data within the website (e-mail addresses, names, addresses), the disclosure of this information by the user is made on an unequivocally voluntary basis.

The utilisation and payment of all services offered is – as far as technically feasible and reasonable – also permitted without entering such data and by entering anonymised data or a pseudonym.

The use of contact data published as part of the legal notice or similar information, such as postal addresses, telephone and fax numbers and e-mail addresses, by a third party for the purposes of submitting information that has not been specifically requested is not permitted. We expressly reserve the right to take legal action against senders of spam mail where this regulation has been violated.
